How to approve your artwork

Review and approve proofs online

LabelCentral enables you to provide feedback in real-time, ensuring a seamless approval process. By clicking the "Go to approvals" link in your email, the approval window will open automatically without requiring a login.

Need a change? Click 'Reject' and provide a reason. Only click 'Approve' if everything is correct.

How to manage in an approval

There are two ways to manage approvals:

  1. Magic Link via Email:

You will receive an email containing a magic link.

Click the link to open a window showing all pending approvals associated with your email address.

  1. Log in to Labelportal:

Request a login from Sales Support for Labelportal.

After logging in, you will have access to additional functionalities, such as:

  • Forwarding labels to the end customer

  • Overview of all labels

  • Overview of all artworks

Click on the "label" tab of the side panel

Hover with your mouse over de roll image to see a detailed roll winding preview.

Artwork viewer

Do you want to see every detail of the artwork?

Click on the image in the sidebar or on the three dots next to your label and select ‘View artwork’ to open a viewer where you can see all the details of the artwork. Here, you can zoom in and out and view the detailed color separation directly in your browser.

Forward approval

Do you want to forward the approval to someone else?

For customers registered as resellers in our system, there are some additional options:

  • Forward approval to the end customer without Optimum Group branding:
  • The end customer will receive an email without branding.
  • Once the end customer approves, the reseller will receive a notification.
  • The reseller must then give the final approval before Optimum Group receives the approval.

Do you want to forward the approval to someone else?

For non-resellers, an internal forwarding option is available:

  • Forward approval to another email address:
  • The approval can be forwarded to another email address.
  • Once the recipient approves, Optimum Group will receive the approval.
