Jac van den Oord Potatoes, supplier of a diverse range of potatoes for the Dutch and international markets, wants to encourage consumers to get everything out of the potato. They do this by offering the right potatoes for every occasion, regardless of the sales channel "The potato is our passion".
Organisational matters and range extensions meant that it took longer than expected to achieve consistency within the range. Jac van den Oord was looking for packaging solutions that would strengthen the cohesion within the extensive range.
Optimum Group™ Belona, is the supplier for the Jac van den Oord labels. One of Optimum Group™ account managers attended a presentation at Jac van den Oord to hear the story behind the latest developments. After receiving the files, the proofs were realized. Subsequently, test rolls were produced to compare the material with other substrates such as foil. The results were discussed with the dtp department of Belona to ensure that the desired result will be achieved immediately in the second proof.
After completing the project, Optimum Group™ and Jac van den Oord laid a good foundation for a beautiful partnership. Despite the corona crisis, Jac van den Oord has experienced growth, proof that this redevelopment has been a success.
